Next steps with the "next step"

Okay so we've started our discussion and the project is starting to attract some interest - albeit not as much as I was hoping by now - and we've decided that such a project would be a good idea.

So what's next? Do we continue here, try to attract some more people and see what happens or do we (either in addition or as a replacement to this discussion) start generating the site itself? I for one don't want to lose even the smallest momentum we have here so I'd sooner kick something off.

I'm happy to develop and host the site in the first instance (as such things are part of my day-job) and happy to collaborate with others as well. Of course this means we need content and - if we want this thing to work - we need to encourage others to come along even if it is only as interested parties.

So what do you think ? And if you want to press on then the only question we need to answer now is what do we call this thing?
